We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with breathtaking ocean views and a fantastic room that was clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, with the Pacific trails just a stone's throw away, but we found the restaurant prices a bit on the high side. While the housekeeping wasn't daily unless requested, the room was always tidy and the amenities made our experience enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the view from my room was stunning and the room itself was spacious and well-equipped, the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed untrained and indifferent, which was quite disappointing given the hotel's reputation. Overall, the experience didn't justify the high price, and I found better dining options outside.
Rooms
8.0
I really enjoyed my room which had big sliding glass doors opening to a great balcony with a glimpse of the ocean. The kitchenette was well-appointed, but exploring it required some trial and error.

I found the food to be average and not worth the price; I had a better breakfast experience at a local restaurant in town. The dining options here didn't impress me.
Facilities

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this resort. The location is stunning with breathtaking ocean views, and the rooms are spacious and equipped with beautiful interiors. However, the service was severely lacking, especially in the restaurant, and the cleanliness did not meet my expectations. If you're looking for something luxurious with excellent service, you might want to explore other options.

Dining

Dining was hit or miss; I experienced some great meals, but others fell short, particularly a disappointing breakfast.

The overall facilities were decent but should have been better maintained considering the resort's luxury status.

However, we did face some initial communication issues during the planning process, which might be something they could improve.
